I can tell she is feeling so much better and more comfortable after having them cut. Within a short time she was up and about and we were able to take her home right away. In a jiffy all her nails were cut with no fuss.

I believe many of your customers would appreciate having this information upfront and I would be more willing to pay for certain services if it didnt feel like it came out of left field each time I brought her in. That way I am not blindsided by a new unexpected expense every time I come in and ultimately just choose to decline because I don t know if I m being taken advantage of or if the service really is necessary for my dog s health.

Why was I not told of this previously? What I would appreciate is a full schedule of recommended services based on the dog s age so that I have this information upfront. It often feels like a scam and fills me with anxiety every time I come in. Every time I take her in for a physical or a vaccine, I am told of a new recommended test or vaccine that she should get that I have never previously been told about. I find I am continually frustrated by the lack of transparency in the recommended care practices for my dog.
